Many companies do not have a clear purpose for implementing SharePoint and it usually results in an underutilized product. This session will deal with the design phase of the implementation. Knowing why you are implementing and how it can be utilized to improve worker productivity will greatly improve the final product. We will look at what information need to be obtained and who needs to be involved in this process.
